So here's a snap of the outfit before I start planning the next outfit to throw on Manny!
The hat was kind of an accident - I didn't have a place to keep this newly arrived hat, so I tossed it on the mannequin... and suddenly my incomplete outfit looked rather elegant! Just tossed some matching roses onto the brim, then add in matching bag and shoes, and voila! An almost complete outfit :D
Now, if only I can figure out what seems to be missing....

I think a nice west, corset or a jacket would complete it. Because I think that the thing that's missing is more details on top. The very light shirt and dark skirt need some kind of blending into each other. Now the bottom is very dark and it takes all the attention. Well, that's my opinion. I like the skirt.
Ohhh that does make more sense! I'll have to try adding something to the outfit then :) Thanks for the suggestion!
